ज़ेस्टी जिंजर लेमन ड्रिंक | Zesty Ginger Lemon Drink | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

This healthy drink with the right amount lemony zest with the perfect hit of ginger is a great way of adding the necessary nutrients in your diet. Ingredients 1 lemon
2 inch ginger piece
1 tbsp basil seeds (sabja)
2 inch fresh turmeric piece
2 small carrots
A pinch of black salt
10-12 fresh mint leaves
1½ tbsps honey Method 1. Soak basil seeds with ¾ cup water for 5-10 minutes or till they swell up. 2. Peel fresh turmeric, carrots, and ginger. Roughly chop carrots, thickly slice ginger, and roughly chop fresh turmeric. 3. Put carrots, ginger and turmeric in a blender jar, add mint leaves, honey, 1 cup water and zest lemon and blend to a smooth mixture. 4.
