Shahi Butter Paneer Recipe| Best Paneer Recipe | शाही बटर पनीर | Flavors by Parween

Full Recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
Paneer 200 gms
Butter 2 tbsp
Fresh cream 2 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp
Onions 1 medium sized
Tomatoes 2
Cashews 10-15
Magaz 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Green chillies 2
Red chillies 2
Kashimiri red chilli powder 1 tsp
Dhania powder 1tsp
Jeera powder 1tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Black cardamom 1
Green cardamom 3
Dalchini 1
Cloves 4-5
Salt to taste
Kasuri methi
METHOD:
Step 1 : Heat pan and add 1 tbsp oil, fry in low flame Onion, Tomatoes, cashew, magaz and red chillies for 5 mins.
Step 2 : Turn off the flame allow the mixture to cool down and grind it to a fine paste.
Step 4 : Heat butter in a pan and add oil so that the butter does not burn. Add dalchini, black cardamom, cloves and green cardamom.
Step 5 : Add ginger garlic paste, and fry it for a while in low flame till it turns slightly brownish.Add kashmiri red chilli powder(specifically no other red chilli powder), turmeric, garam masala powder, jeera powder, dhania powder and salt.
Step 6 : Mix it will and immediately add the paste made out of tomatoes, onion, cashew, magaz n red chillies so that the masalas does not burn.
Step 7 : Increase the flame to medium, cover the lid and cook for 10 minutes, stir ocassionally.
Step 8 : Add paneer, stir. Add fresh cream, stir and cook for another 5 mins.
Step 9 : Add kasuri methi and turn off the flame.
Delicious Shahi Butter Paneer is ready to serve with Paratha, Naan or Kulcha.
Please Note : Chillies in the recipe is adjustable according to your taste.

Ingredients:
Rice 500 gms
Ghee 2-3 tbsp
Peas 1/2 cup
Finely chopped onions - 1
Chopped carrots 1/4 cup
Green chillies 2-3
Sweet corn 2-3 tbsp
Spring onions 2-3 tbsp
Bean/ Barbati 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic grated or make a paste 1 tsp
Dalchini 1
Cardamom 2
Black cardamom 1
Cloves 4
Salt to taste
Mint and coriander leaves for garnish
Method:
Step 1: Heat a pan and add ghee and onions (u can add jeera if you want that's optional)
Step 2: Wait for the onion to turn translucent , then add ginger garlic paste/grated.
Step 3: Add onion stalk and after 2-3 mins of cooking start adding the vegetables of your choice.
Step 4: Add dalchini, green cardamom, black cardamom and cloves. Salt to taste.
Step 5: Add 11/2 cup of water(water should be so much that rice is just submerged- do not add too much water)
Step 6: Cook in high flame for 10 mins or till the rice is half cooked and water evaporated.
Step 7: Cook in low flame for another 10-15 mins(Note: U can keep tawa at the bottom and leave it to cook, this way your rice won't burn)
Garnish with mint and coriander leaves and serve with Shahi Butter Paneer, Shahi Mutton Korma or Chilli chicken etc

Ingredients:
Servings - 6
Preparation Time - 15 minutes
Italian Veg Tokri / Mexican Tartlets & Veg Bread Canapes
Ingredients:
White Bread slices 6
Butter 2 tsp
Red chilli Flakes 1 tsp
Oregano 1 tsp
Mixed Herbs 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Grated mozarella and processed Cheese 2 tbsp
Cheese slices 1-2
Tomato chopped 1
Carrot chopped 1
Paneer(Cottage cheese) 50 gms
Purple and Green cabbage 2 tbsp
Finely chopped cauliflower 2 tbsp
[YOU CAN ADD VEGGIES ON YOUR CHOICE]
Preparation:
Step 1: Take white bread slices roll out bread using rolling pin .
Step 2: Cut each bread into round shape with the help of cookie cutter or any bowl etc.
Step 3:Grease little butter in baking mould and place the round bread pieces in shape of a bowl or katori.
Step 4: In a bowl mix all the given ingredients and start adding it to the bread katoris 1 tbsp each.
Step 5: Add mozarella cheese, cheese slices (Optional) and red chilli flakes.
Step 6: Bake at preheated oven for 7-8 minutes, till edges turn golden brown
For Canapes:
Do not throw the left over bread pieces we will utilise it in this recipe.
Take a bread slice and brush some butter, add pizza sauce. Add left over bread slices from the above recipe and add leftover veggie stuffings to it. Add mozarella cheese and chilli flakes.
Bake for 5-6 minutes or till the edges turn little brown.
